Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Archer & Gunn. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Conditions for Returns:
1. Unused and Unworn: All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
2. Tags Attached: All original tags must still be attached to the product.
3. Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
4. **Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimwear, lingerie, and earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed or tampered with.
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Return Process:

1. Initiate Return:*To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date to request a return authorization (RA) number. You can reach us at archerandgunn@gmail.com.
2. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in the original shipping box or a suitable replacement.
3. RA Number: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
4. Shipping: All shipping costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refund: Once we receive your return and verify that it meets our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within two business days.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
